PC Users – MT4 Platform Users New Server Connection Guide

If you registered ZeroMarkets MT4 Platform prior Oct 9th 2022 – As ZeroMarkets is now operating on a new MetaTrader 4 server, you will need to download and reinstall the new terminal platform if you have any ZeroMarkets MT4 terminal installed prior October 9th 2022.

Step 1: Uninstall your existing ZeroMarkets MT4 terminal, and re-install the latest MetaTrader 4 Platform Terminal on your computer; click on the link below to download the latest platform with the new server access.

Step 2: Log into your platform using the same credentials as before and select the right Server ZeroMarkets-Demo-1 or ZeroMarkets-Live-1 for your demo and Live accounts.

What are the benefits of server migration?

The MT4 server update will bring to clients enhanced data security, faster execution, reliability, and lower latency.

Will ZERO Markets offer MT4 in new servers?

Yes.

Will clients have to open a new MT4 account after the server migration? If yes, how will their balances be transferred to the new accounts after created?

There is no need to open a new account, as all existing accounts will be maintained with same login number and password.

Will clients be required to uninstall current MT4 software and reinstall it from a new link?

Yes, it’s recommended that clients uninstall the current MT4 software and re-install the new MT4 server.

How should clients using Mobile MT4 platforms move to the new server?

Mobile clients are not required to reinstall the app. Instead, clients just need to search service name and pick up the server ‘ZeroMarkets-Live-1’ for live account, or ‘ZeroMarkets-Demo-1’ for demo account. The account number and password will be the same.

Will current payment systems be fully integrated to MT4 accounts since the 1st day of new server?

Yes. All existing payment solutions will be automatically linked to the new server.

Will open trades be automatically moved to the new servers?

Yes. All trading history and opening positions will be fully migrated.

Will Copy Trading accounts keep working normally after migration?

Yes. Copiers will not be affected, since their accounts will still be attached to Provider. Providers must remember to reinstall the MT4 platform to keep trading.

Will you continue to offer Super Zero instruments (those with .r)?

Yes. The raw (Super Zero) symbols are with .r as same as we have now.

Will leverage levels be the same?

Yes, we’ll keep offering the same leverage levels as before.
